Now we are back into training, Clubs are enforcing the COVID restrictions & have done a lot of hard work behind the scenes to get back on the field. Well done & Thank you.

The competition will kick off on the 18th July with some different rules for training & game day. These rules may change as the situation is constantly changing but for now, we all need to follow the rules.

The competition will go for 10 rounds finishing with the Grand Finals on the 10th & 11th October. The draw for the first three rounds will be out soon & please remember that it is subject to change.

Game times will be modified & will have drinks breaks included with trainers not allowed on the field during play. Things are changing constantly & hopefully we can get back to some type of normality but until then we need to stay COVID Safe by all Parents, Carers, Spectators & participants and ensure we follow any instructions given by Clubs at training & on game days so we can have an uninterrupted season.

Please remember for now we have restrictions on numbers attending training & games, Get in, Train/Play, Get out, Social distancing of 1.5m, Stay at home if you're sick, Wash your hands regularly and cover coughs and sneezes.

Thank you for your patience & good luck.
