Can you imagine if our junior league players behaved like some of our spectators?

The NRL continues the “Put Yourself in Their Shoes” initiative with the second video in the series, highlighting the poor behaviour of some parents and spectators.

This is the second in a series of videos from the NRL which encourages spectators to put themselves in the shoes of others to ensure junior rugby league can be played across Australia.

The campaign aims to remind the public that rugby league is a game to be enjoyed, with all involved – from players and referees to coaches and volunteers – to be treated with respect.

Every week, hundreds of thousands of grassroots players, coaches, and volunteers head to local grounds across Australia to play and participate in the game that we all love.

While it is great to get a win, having fun with their teammates is much more important for junior players.

Remember, it’s just a game!
